## Setup Build Environment
### On Windows
1. Install the following software: Codeblocks, MinGW32, MinGW64, Git, and CMake
2. Set MINGW32 and MINGW64 environment variables to the root of each tool
3. Set CODEBLOCKS_DIR to Codeblocks root
4. Run RCBasic_Dev_Setup.bat
